These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the Member", or "you") and 677db ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 677db website located at 677db.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, and payment facilities offered therein. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device used to access it.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the 677db platform unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money winnings by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) within the stated validity period.
• 677db reserves the right to restrict which games contribute to the wagering requirement for any given promotion. Certain games (particularly low-margin table games and live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in promotion-specific terms.

Any member found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting wagering loopholes, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet rollover requirements — will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any real-money balance derived from such abuse may be withheld pending investigation.

677db employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems that monitor platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 677db may take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, voiding of bets and winnings, permanent ban, and referral of the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content displayed on the 677db platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, images, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of 677db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 677db.

Unauthorised use of any 677db intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data-mining, framing, deep linking, or misuse of the 677db brand name or logo in any context — may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Without limiting the foregoing, 677db expressly excludes liability in the following circumstances:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or third-party payment network outages.
• Any loss incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials, or as a result of your sharing access to your account with a third party.
• Decisions made by certified RNG systems within any game on the platform — all game outcomes are determined by independent, certified random number generation technology and are final once confirmed.

677db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close, or terminate any member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) the member is engaging in or facilitating fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (d) the member's account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy; or (e) closure is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Where an account is closed or terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the member via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, 677db reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and, where warranted by the circumstances, permanently.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved bilaterally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
